Our Pergola Design Process
At Sunsafe we use a 3-step system to help our clients tailor their outdoor living environment to their needs.
Step 1
We provide our clients with a Describe your Dream sheet so they
can think through their outdoor living and
lifestyle needs (and talk them over with family). The questions on the sheet will help you crystallise
your thoughts and have you better prepared to talk with a Design Consultant when you wish to do so.
This FREE sheet will help provide very important information needed for you to ensure the solution you choose will not only look good at your place – but also do what you want it to do.
Step 2
Invite our Design Consultant, who is experienced in this approach, to come to your
home and to discuss the needs you have identified; and also, to discuss possible solutions and how they
might be provided in the most aesthetic and cost efficient way. Preliminary design concepts, budgets and
timeframes can be established at this time.
If you are happy with these you can, if you wish, then move to Step 3.
Step 3
Allow our Design Consultant to prepare a professional proposal (including CAD
drawings) of your new pergola for your consideration. At this time you should be able to make a confident
decision on your new outdoor living environment. In the unlikely event that there are any remaining
concerns these can be addressed at this time.
