You will receive a copy of the Sunsafe Pergolas & Verandahs Guarantee on completion of your Pergola, Verandah or Timber Deck.
The features of the guarantee include a 25 year structural Guarantee and a workmanship Guarantee of 10 years; this is double the statutory requirements and is all made possible because of the quality of our construction program.
Please note that all materials supplied and likewise any specialist goods and services supplied by others are covered by their specific guarantee.
Care and Maintenance Program
For your ultimate protection your Pergola, Verandah or Timber Deck guarantee is enhanced by Sunsafe Pergolas & Verandahs exclusive Care and Maintenance Program, a program unequalled in our industry.
You can (in partnership with us) participate in a program that will extend the life of your new pergola indefinitely.
At scheduled intervals but only at your specific invitation Sunsafe Pergolas & Verandahs will conduct inspections of your pergola, verandah or timber deck.
At these inspections we will check your pergola for both guarantee issues and for care and maintenance issues. A written report of these inspections will be provided to you.
Should there be any guarantee issues they will be addressed under the terms of the Sunsafe Pergolas & Verandahs Guarantee.
This program is worth in excess of $2,000.00 and is included free for our clients.
