Our Design your Dream sheet was developed to help our clients get what they want.
Turning a pergola into an outdoor living environment requires tailoring it to your very own individual needs.
This starts with assisting you to recognise and identify your unique lifestyle needs; providing you with the opportunity of making an educated choice of the style of your pergola, the materials used in your pergola and the size of your pergolas.
Thus making your pergola, verandah or timber deck uniquely and individually yours.
It is your pergola and you need to own the design.
To be confident that you have considered all the facts that go into good pergola design and to ensure the design we agree upon is the most appropriate solution for you we encourage you, at our initial consultation or before, take you through our free Design your Dream sheet.
Once a design is recommended you can expect to get a cost from us at our initial meeting. Sometimes it will be an approximate costing which we will confirm within a couple of days and before proceeding with the drawings.
Once you are happy that the investment you will be making in your new pergola is within your budget you can ask us to prepare a professional written presentation, complete with a CAD drawing of your pergola, verandah or timber deck for you.
To ensure you have the best opportunity to understand what is being offered we will meet with you again – generally about a week after our first meeting – to present the proposal and drawings of the pergola proposed.
If there are no revisions required at that time you will be able to make an informed decision. And we would not have it any other way.
